Where a certificate has not yet been issued, we describe alignment and roadmap honestly rather than implying certification.

• Manage waste and environmental impact from our office/operations appropriately and reduce pollution where we control it
• Regularly review risks to information assets, take actions to mitigate them, and ensure information security
• Provide reliable, consistent, and high-quality software and support with continuous improvement and cost-effectiveness
• Pursue service continuity with resilient infrastructure and a sustainability mindset
• Ensure the security of personal data of all stakeholders (see Privacy Policy)
• Support employees’ professional development and a fair working environment
• Enhance the performance of management systems we implement and ensure continuous improvement
• Maintain transparent communication to understand stakeholder needs
• Adopt a proactive approach to identify risks and opportunities and reach operational excellence
